The short version
We collect the bare minimum to reply to enquiries. We don't sell, share or rent your details. You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form we receive your name, email, optional phone number and the message you send. If you email or phone us, we have those details too. That's it.
Why we collect it
So we can reply to you. We may store the conversation in our email and CRM so we have a record of what was discussed.
How long we keep it
For active conversations, indefinitely. If we haven't spoken in 3+ years, we delete old enquiry records as part of routine cleanup, unless we have a contractual reason to keep them.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We use standard business tools (email provider, CRM, hosting) which see this data as part of their normal operation, but we don't actively share, sell, or pass on your details to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email info@thecleverclown.co.uk and we'll get it sorted within a week.
Cookies
This site does not set any tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future (e.g. Plausible or a privacy-friendly equivalent) we'll update this page.
